Toan Thinh Phat continues to win the project Dormitory & Defense Education Center Ton Duc Thang University (phase 1)

After the success of the package of the Faculty of education & Practice System (phase 1), Toan Thinh Phat continued be entrusted by the Owner - Ton Duc Thang University to deliver the underground construction package of Dormitory & Defense Education Center at 19 Nguyen Huu Tho, Tan Phong Ward, District 7, HCMC. And on the morning of March 28th 2018, Toan Thinh Phat solemnly celebrated the groundbreaking ceremony after receiving the winning notice from the investor.

In the first phase of the project, Toan Thinh Phat was responsible for the underground section worth nearly 42 billion. The Dormitory & Defense Center belonging to Ton Duc Thang University consists of 2 dormitory blocks (1 basement, 20 floors) and one defense education (1 basement, 8 floors) with total construction area of over 32,000 m2.

With the heavy construction experience, the construction team commits to complete the construction phase 1 after 110 days.
